If you are aware of any violations of this policy, or if you discover any inaccuracy, bias, or other harm in our Services, please notify us immediately at trustandsafety@rightbrain.ai.
If we reasonably suspect that you — or someone using your Customer Account — has breached this policy, we may suspend or terminate your Customer Account in accordance with our Customer Terms.
1. Obey the law and act ethically
You must not use our Services to access, store, distribute, create, or transmit any material that:
- sexually exploits or endangers children, including any child sexual abuse material — we operate a zero-tolerance policy and will report such material and the accounts responsible to the appropriate authorities;
- is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or racially or ethnically offensive;
- facilitates illegal activity, including fraud, phishing, the creation or distribution of malware or other malicious code, or unauthorised access to systems or information;
- facilitates the development, acquisition, or use of weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons;
- depicts sexually explicit images;
- promotes unlawful violence;
- is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religion, sexual orientation, or disability;
- is otherwise illegal or causes injury to any person or property.
2. Understand your use case and be careful with new technology
Large Language Models (LLMs) are powerful, but still experimental. They may produce inaccurate or offensive content.
Use discretion before relying on, publishing, or deploying LLM outputs.
If your use could have legal or significant effects on individuals:
- ensure all LLM output is subject to human review; and
- disclose the use of LLMs to the affected individuals.
Do not use our Services for business-critical functions without assessing the risks of using LLMs.
You are responsible for assessing whether our Services and any Agents are suitable for your use case under the laws and regulations applicable to you, including any sector-specific requirements. We make no representation that any Agent is compliant with the laws of any particular jurisdiction or fit for use in any regulated context.
That responsibility is yours whoever built the Agent. Where we scope and build an Agent for you, or monitor and maintain one for you, we do so against the specification you have agreed with us — we do not assess your use case against the law or regulation applicable to you, and nothing we do in the course of delivering or managing an Agent is advice on whether that Agent is lawful, compliant or suitable. In particular:
- it is for you to decide whether an output requires human review, and to identify who performs it;
- you must not ask us to build or manage an Agent that sends, publishes or acts on output without human review where the use could have legal or significant effects on individuals, and we will not do so; and
- where we report to you that a change of model would improve an Agent’s performance or reduce its cost, it is for you to decide whether to adopt it.
3. Respect our infrastructure and those of our partners
You must not:
- place excessive load on Rightbrain infrastructure;
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services;
- circumvent bans or account suspensions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
- disable, circumvent, obscure or interfere with the logging, observability or monitoring features of the Services, or with any monitoring we carry out under Clause 10 of the Customer Terms; or
- configure an Agent so as to evade a throttle or suspension applied under Clause 11(f) of the Customer Terms.
If you use a Third Party Service like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini through our platform, you must also comply with their policies concerning prohibited use.
