AI partner qualification & personalised outreach in Google Sheets
Reach the right accounts and the right people with relevant messaging, without excessive manual research. Rightbrain embeds into a lightweight Google Sheets workflow that qualifies partners against your ideal profile and drafts tailored outreach, with human review at every stage.
One of the most time-consuming aspects of outbound partnerships and business development is research. Teams must evaluate whether a company fits their ideal partner profile, understand what it does and how it might benefit from a collaboration, identify the right individual, and tailor messaging to both the company context and the person's role.
Manual research limits speed and scale. Fully automated outreach often sacrifices relevance. This workflow finds the balance, combining automated research, structured qualification, and personalised message generation while preserving human review at every stage.
How it fits together
Rightbrain is integrated directly into Google Sheets via API calls, with each row representing a potential customer or partner. Two core tasks do the work: an Account Research & Qualification agent, and a Personalised Outreach Generation tool. The system runs in two stages: first it researches and qualifies the company, then it generates tailored outbound for qualified accounts.
The workflow, step by step
- Upload a prospect list. Export companies and contacts from an existing source such as Apollo into Google Sheets. No new prospecting platform required.
- Qualify each company. Each website URL is passed to the Partner Qualification tool from the sheet. It retrieves and analyses site content, evaluates the company against your ideal partner profile, applies detailed criteria embedded in the prompt, and writes back a structured qualification score plus an opportunity summary, often deeper and more consistent than manual review.
- Apply threshold logic and colour coding. The score drives next steps: green is a strong fit, yellow is a borderline case needing manual review, and red disqualifies the account and blocks message generation, a controlled, human-in-the-loop gate.
- Generate personalised outreach. For accounts that pass, a second tool takes the opportunity summary plus the individual's job title and profile context and drafts tailored LinkedIn and email templates as starting points, ready for the GTM team to refine before sending.
- Improve continuously via run auditing. Every run is auditable in the platform, so teams can review historical runs, spot where outputs need work, and refine prompts and qualification criteria to improve relevance and accuracy over time.
How the pieces interact
Google Sheets acts as the operational interface; Rightbrain is the intelligence layer, providing website retrieval and analysis, qualification scoring, opportunity summarisation, and personalised content generation. The API connection enables structured, repeatable execution across large outbound lists.
